This February for Heart Month, the Bermuda Heart Foundation invites you to join the Small Change Challenge, a simple, supportive, and realistic way to build heart-healthy habits. Each day offers a small, heart-healthy prompt—movement, reflection, awareness, or rest—that fits into real life. Participating is easy: Print it Post it somewhere visible Do what you can, when you can No rules. No tracking. No order. No guilt if you miss a day. Just pick small actions that build healthier patterns over time.   💙 Want to be entered into a draw? Email a photo of your completed challenge at the end of the month for a chance to win a free 3-month membership at CORE Heart Health Center. The draw takes place March 30, 2026. This is completely optional—the challenge itself is free and open to everyone.   Help us build a heart-healthy community by sharing the challenge and inviting co-workers, friends, and family to participate. Heart health doesn’t have to be complicated—sometimes it’s really as simple as print and go. Please contact The Bermuda Heart Foundation for more info.
